Model Nursery Liners was established in 1997 to specialize in the production of liners in Shrubs, Conifers, Grasses , Ferns, Herbaceous , Climbers and Architectural Plants . We are one of the leading liner nurseries in Ireland. The UK accounts for approximately 75% of our sales. We supply to all sectors in the industry ie  Wholesale Nurseries , Retail Nurseries , Garden Centres , Landscapers and Market Gardeners etc We are adding to our range of plants on an ongoing basis Our propagation house is 1000 sq metres of which 500 sq metres is a heated floor with integrated mist unit over head . This enables us to extend our propagating season. We also have at our disposal 7500 sq metres of polythene tunnels for growing on and 3000 sq metres of outdoor area for growing on.

 

All our potting is done using a Demtec 1016 potting machine. This is a very durable and flexible machine with the change over from one pot size to another in a matter of minutes.
We feel it very important to produce a very high quality young plant to satisfy our existing and new potential customers. To this extent we are interested in your long - term liner requirements and your immediate requirements.

All plants are grown in P9r pots to a very high quality, all trimmed regularly and graded evenly. We can also supply a range of liners produced from micropropagation  in p9 / p11 or whatever pot suits the customer Heucheras in Variety  ,Cordyline in Variety , Phormium in Variety  , Heucherella in Variety, Tiarella in Variety etc Please enquire for full list or give us your list of requirements and we will quote you .From Spring 2012 we can supply you with a picture labels for all  perennials and grasses.

If you require samples of our liners or a visit to our nursery do not hesitate to call us and we can arrange an appointment or for foreign visitors we can arrange for you to be picked up at Dublin Airport and left back at the airport on your return.

All plants are delivered in carry trays on CC Danish Trolleys using a specialist haulier or our own transport. These trolleys can be exchanged on delivery for convenience.
We can photograph any plant or batch of plants and e-mail the photos to you.
